• takeovers, restructuring or mergers need to be implemented,
• quick and effective decisions need to be made due to a crisis situation,
• key positions cannot be filled in time and in-house expertise is not available,
• there are difficulties in implementing new or changed project strategies

So if there is a lot of work to be done in a confusing situation, if it has to be done quickly or if a vacancy needs to be bridged, I am happy to contribute my independent expertise with a strong focus on implementation in order to achieve GMP compliance as quickly as possible.
